Beyond the crowded and dreary neon-lit streets in the urban jungles of Japan, there remain vast areas of untouched wilderness, a world of natural beauty far removed from the smog-filled industrial centers.
This Outward Bound course will take place at Outward Bound Japan located in the Nagano area. It offers the opportunity for the participants to totally immerse themselves to work together to overcome the challenges during the river rafting and waterfall climbing trips. The final expedition will be held in the Mt. Hakuba area, a mountain environment of deep valleys and beautiful ridges that often has snow cover all year round. After a long and challenging trek up to the summits, you will be rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view on the top of the mountains, and have your body and mind soothed and relaxed in Japanese “Onsen” – hot spring, down the mountain.
