This course has very focused objectives and is targeted at those who wish to develop their leadership skills and their understanding of team function. We don’t just provide you with the theory and models for effective leadership; you will receive the opportunity to try them out. In demanding situations with real consequences each participant will get the chance to take on the responsibility of leading the group.
By developing a supportive atmosphere that enables positive and constructive feedback you will have the opportunity to see how others view your leadership style, giving you a greater insight into your strengths and areas for improvement.
